Newcomers DBPro Corner / 6.8 patch ?

Hi, I just bought DBpro about a week or two ago.
I used patch 6.8 and now when I load DBpro it flashes a quick message at load time that says "To upgrade from a trial version to the full version,click the respective icon above."
Is this normal?
It did not say that with DarkBASIC_Professional_Online_54_90.zip
Only after I installed dbpro_upgrade_6_8.zip
