Well, first of all, I will point you to Nickydude's FPSC Hints & Tips guide. It has tutorials and pretty much everything you'll need for scripting inside of it... plus more!

Sure we do! There's the source code we've looked into. All of the modders can definitally tell you all of the scripting commands that are included in V1.07 of FPSC. After that, Lee also informs everyone of any additional commands added when he updated the beta threads and release threads.
Also, I've written a small tutorial on Scripting Mis-Mentions (perhaps also featured in the FPSC Hints & Tips guide) which documents most of the scripting condition/action faults, such as what commands don't work, what commands never made it into the manual, what commands are programmed but have not been properly supported, etc.

Well, I don't know about that.
I've compiled all of the tutorials that I've written in less than 3 hours each, and that includes writing/documenting all of the scripts taht each of them cover. But, then again, I'm no newbie to coding/scripting, so I have a bit of an edge over the new scripters around here.
