I've seen Norwegians before (once, in the zoo), does that count? Grandma and I technically own Norway, does that also count?

In other words I don't have a clue either.

Really? So Swedes and Danes CAN be Norwegian? Americans can't? Interesting. Useless trivia: USA has the biggest population of Norwegians outside Norway, there's almost as many there as the whole population here.

Anyway, I'm in contact with 2 others from here that's part of this community, but they aren't very active. And we use DBP, not FPSC.

I was born in Canada but my ethnic origin (grandparents) were born in Denmark. Does that mean I'm not Danish?

Well, the grandparents of your grandparents may have been Norwegian, so does this mean you're Norwegian?

Well, the grandparents of your grandparents [repeat X times] of your grandparents may have been apes, so does this mean we're aliens?

You are typically what both your parents are as a mix. Do you even need me to tell you that?

Interesting viewpoint, and I respect it even if I don't agree with it.

You see my philosophy is, if you believe it hard enough you can be any nationality - so this week I'm Vietnamese, but next week I might decide to be Norwegian.

That way you don't have to be confused whether you're American or South African.

I'm 1/4 Danish and I was born in the US... so, I can't join the club?

and, i think if you are including Swedes and Danes, that you are talking about all Scandinavians, and not just Norwegians, no?

Plans are in motion. The stratagems are developed. We strike when celestial elements are in position, down to styx. Let us make the final era commence in its entirely. The order will be finally be confounded, and the expulsed cherubin will rise again!
