So I picked this little gem (along with some impressive Altech Lansing Speakers) from staples for 20 bucks. came home and plugged it in, with no problem. I turn on my system disable onboard audio and boot up. But when it boots. there is no "found new hardware" wizard. I go to device manager. There is no un-installed hardware. My system dosent know the thing exists! so I unplug it and put it into another PCI slot. Do the same process, and the exact same thing happens. So i insert the cd and try to install the drivers. and it says "Please insert card into Pci Slot!" what am I doing wrong!?!?

Try a different pci slot. Make sure the card is fully inserted into the pci slot.
