Hello. As the topic state i am starting a flah game development team of people. Before I get into specifics I need to quickly explain the backstory of this. I am experianced in flash but found that doing everything by myself produced less of a of a game than if I had help(read I cant to everything). I decided to start a small team of people, each specializing in one or two area`s of the project to make games.
Okay, so I am looking for people with all kinds of talents who want to create games they could not complete on their own. I myself with specialize in design and help with audio. Eventually the team will start working their way up to making commercial(read xbla or psn, $10-$15 quality) games. A payoff in this is that everyone will get a profits share in the games revenue. okay if this does get me banned I am sorry. In the fpsc forums som gu got banned forsomething like this but in this forum I dont know. I am sorry to the mods if this is not a good thing to do.

2) This is a team request, which is prohibited on this forum
3) So let me get this straight, your experienced with flash yet you only want to do sound and design. lol.
4) Lets see some work you've done in flash then, if you really are experienced like you say you are.
5) Why not go to a flash forum and recruit there? This forum is comprised of mainly C++,C# and BASIC people. Sure a few may know flash, but don't you think you'd get a better turn out else where?
