Woot

This year has gone by incredibly fast, but I guess that comes with getting older right? Each year gets faster? Looking back on it, it was probably because I started college and started taking on the responsibilities and burdens of a young adult last year. But I don't mind it, I was ready for it. Who knows what this next year will bring though!

This past year has brought me many joys. I got out of that hell hole of a job I was in and found a similiar, but better job. I finished out my first year in college strong with a 3.6 GPA and made the Deans list. I excelled in school in the fields I didn't think I would excel at, and in turn that has landed me another job in July as a web programmer (~$600 job!), even though I'm going into animation. This past year I have also found myself a girlfriend, and we are so in love it's crazy. We just passed our six months of going out mark and don't see the end in sight. She is truly an amazing girl and we have such an amazing relationship

Things I would change about the last year? Not much. Maybe to get off my butt some days and get something done, but I enjoyed those days of rest after working so hard at work and school. The only thing I would have liked to do was get a little farther than I am now with the game I'm designing. It's doing well, but I haven't had enough time to put enough mental power into it lately. My days are often exhausting!

Things I am looking forward to this year? I'm finally going to be starting my animation courses. This last year was mainly graphic design and web development stuff along with some core classes, but this upcoming year is going to be dedicated around animation and internships. I am ready to impress my professors! I can't wait! This is what I've been waiting for!

Anyway, another year down and many more to go. That is, if the man upstairs doesn't decide to take me sooner!

They come round a lot don't they?

It seems like I have one almost every year. Although I am trying to forget about them and pretend they don't happen.

I'm dreading my birthday, my family always has to plan some big event, i'm in my early 20's, you'd think it would have gotten old by now, though it is nice seeing relatives that you don't see offen plus friends, cake, alcohol for those that drink alcohol (juice/soda for me). Anyway...

Have a good birthday and don't accidently wake up with your friends sister in what appears to be a damp sofa.

Nothing happend... well I think... er....... well, I hadn't slept in two's days and er... the party was going on and on and I fell asleep. Was woken angrily by said friend and found his sister (same age, there twins) lying on top of me. She woke up, paused for a sec, then throw up on my chest. We both turn are heads to a odd looking friend/brother, odd meaning I was about to get an earful or he was going to burst out laughing. She jumped up and wispered something in his ear and he walked off. Currently i'm lying in what could only be described as an alcohol filled sofa with a blended cake vommit topping. Me speechless and dazed sister pulled me upstairs to an urine covered floor bathroom and jumped into the bath to shower off the vomit. Still dazed by the whole event we forgot that the bath was being used as a drink cooler and slipped into an icy death full of glass bottles and drink cans.

I'll stop there because this story is far from over and its not a pretty end. To this day I still don't know what she wispered into his ear and she or he won't tell me. Was this a set up, did they plan this? There still my best friends and i'm not quitting until I get an answer, well I hope...

Lol @ Sasuke. Maybe we should post our most absurd thing here.

Let me try: What you had is even worse than what happened to me, though: when on vacation with friends, waking up on the sofa (that was my sleeping place since the alternative was sleeping in a two-person bed with a girl and I refused to do that) staring up at the naked ass of a (male) friend, who, in his intoxicated state, seemed to believe it would be a nice view for me to wake up with. Guess what? Not a pretty sight being sober and waking up wondering why the heck you're seeing two moons in front of the staircase.

I guess I'm lucky that his digestion system wasn't turning on me.

After that a female friend of mine came downstairs and things got too 18+ for me pretty soon, so I left (even though I was 18 at the time). Have no clue what happened after that but she's known for things so I think I can guess.

Haha rami, thats pretty... not pretty really, least my night didn't decend into nudity, even though I was totally sober I was extremely tired and didn't really get what was going on, abit like in a dream state, well until the smell of frozen vomit slowly melting on my chest woke me up.

Hope your birthday Sid doesn't sink this low

Lol, I thoroughly enjoyed reading the last few posts hahaha. Sounds crazy Rami and Sasuke Unfortunately I don't have any crazy stories like that yet, but then again I'm holding up residence in my parents house until I finish college so... it makes things like that a bit hard
