I have a small box on the screen where I want to have regular text updates that scroll downwards as a new item comes up... any ideas how I scroll text here ?

Lap2 xxx Crashes out
Lap3 xxxx Gains a position
Lap4 xx goes into the pits

Want to show maybe four lines and as a fith comes they scroll up a line ???
