Do any one know how can i create my own custom staircase. I like to create my own custom staircase. i seen in fps model most staircase is only one stair on model i like to know how i can create my own staircase

you need to get yourself a 3d modeling program ,then you can build your own .try blender its free.

Yeah you'd need to model it yourself then import it into FPSC. I didn't really understand how you wanted to make a staircase though...

Or sketchup (has a free version), there is a new plugin for it to export in .x format so you can import to fps quite easily....

my question was about creating custom staircase. if you look in the fps C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\meshbank\ww2\france\stairs\solid i see one stair from a staircase

i would like to create a staircase that goes half level up then split into two staircase going in opossite direction sample.


i like to say thank to all that reply as for 3d program i have 3d max 2008, sketchup pro, Vue 5, lightwave, truespace 7 and the free version, and my main one deep exploration which is great for scene creation..

and the reason i need the staircase cause i'm working on a model pack of NYC subway staion and i like to recreate the NYC staircase with hand rail...

can anyone tell me how to make a camera got up stairs? i have no idea on how to do it, and i cant find an if statement for it in documentation. please help...

I don't understand what you want to do make a camera go up the stair or make you character go up the stair .. you can email me if you need to. i got the answer for my question already maybe i can help

i have a model for the staircase and everything. the problem is if i turn on collision for the camera i collide with the bottom step and thats it. i need a way for that camera to move up the stairs. is there an "if" statement for collisions?
