I'm going to be making a watershader for a while now instead of making model packs. It might be free depending on how well I can make it, I do need one little bit of help though. I need to know how to make .fx file's and make the effect in them. As my screen i've attached a water texture preview. This is not going to be the main one I use but it will be one of them.

Key -
N - not done
S - Half Done
D - Done
W - Working on it

No Gravity Entity - N
Basic Top Entity - D
Shader .fx - W
Texture - D
Extra Texture's - N
.fx Texture - D

Thats the problem i'm having. I don't have a program to turn something into a fx file so I have to find one, but the entity is a bonus for people who want it. I'm also going to make a window shader so when you look threw it, it's like a real window. I'm gonna base the window off a lens effects thats edited in photoshop so I can see what I need to do. Then add a alpha channel to make it transparent.

That's not an effect, that's just a texture.....

Effects are programmed, not created as such.....
