i have made a gun and got carried away and it is now 1300 polys. does anyone have an idea on the poly counts for guns, characters, ai, furniture, etc.

generally the polys on first person perspective guns is over one thousand BUT when the gun is being held by an enemy the poly count is considerably less(or should be less)
btw the lower the polys in entities the better in FPSC
also how do you get polys in Artificial Intelligence(AI)?

1300 polys sounds completely reasonable, but you could always run it though a poly reducer.

thank-you for telling me that and i meant the models of the AI not the intelligence script. and my gun was only half completed. i have re- made it and it is still half finished and is 793 polys.
