it runs at <1 FPS for me

Geforce 7200
Dual Core 1.4GHz
1GB ram

Not a suprise. It runs very slow at my computer too.

2x GForce 8800
AMD Athlon 64x 2X Dual Core Processor 5000+
2GB ram

And that's quite good specs.
