I've been looking for a monitor that doubles as a TV so that I can watch TV as well as play PC games, but I don't want a TV as the resolution is not as good as a monitor, I want 1920x1200.

I could only find one monitor, which is made by LG but is only 19", which is no good.

If you can't get a freeview HD monitor which is 24"+ I could settle for a HD freeview box or a VGA/HDMI to (other connector which will fit a freeview box).

Why not get one of those funky little freeview tv usb dongles that you can plug into your computer? Then you can watch tv on any size monitor from your pc.

http://www.everythingusb.com/miglia_tvmicro.html is off the top of my head - that model seems aimed at mac users but if that doesn't work on windows there should be models out there that do.
