Fck editor, was a similar thought I had when reading the Daily Mail the other day, must have been an idiot not to notice the blatant flaws in the article I was reading.

Anyway, sounds pretty funky, are you capable of customising the syntax highlighting - say if I wanted to use it for LUA scripting? Or isn't it exactly what I'm interpreting the program is?

Yah I've used this many, many times in various projects since at least 2002 It's great! Very easy to use.

I use Notepad++, does all that and more, syntax highlighting, and the list of supported formats is collosal! You can even get plugins for other syntaxes too!

This is meant for you to put the editor into your website--- it's not supposed to be a standalone text editor to replace Notepad

Fck Editor. It is used as a sort of plug-in for ASP.net development(or php or whatever). I highly recommend it if you want to make a customized blog.
