Ok, I know that DBC can read numbers from the registry via GET REGISTRY(), but how can you read strings from the registry?

Ever notice how in Microsoft word, the word "microsoft" is auto corrected to be "Microsoft" but "macintosh" just gets the dumb red underline?

No, I don't think so. You need to use the win32 api for that. I was thinking about that in regards to your post about getting the Desktop path because you can get in from the registry.
