Hi, I am having problems with my animation, when I press the button to play the animation, the model **cks up and become a big mess. Any suggestions?

I'm using fragMOTION to export my animation and model as one .x file. I have two screenshots to show my problem, before and after.

No one have any ideas? I tried Milkshape now, with no luck. I searched, but didn't find anything useful.

The thing I don't understand is the fact that it works perfectly in Milkshape animation mode. But the model gets all messed up when I play it in DBPro, so...Is it something wrong with DBPro, or is it just me?

not really enough info given for me to help you much.

if you are exporting from milkshape: -
i find the normal directx exporter is no good for dbpro use the directx(jt) exporter. make sure animation is not playing when you export. use text rather than binary export this will allow you to edit the file.
Or better still save in ms3d format and import into fragmotion.

In fragmotion make sure that there are no unassigned vertices as these will go wild.

another thought
i always use the microsoft meshview utility
to check model plays ok before attempting to load it in dbpro
