This gameis extremely addictive, and its so much fun. It may not look like fun but trust me it is. Also, im wondering if it is possible to code a game like that

A moveaable character that can build towers to take down monsters when they die they explode, and coins pop out allowing you to get more towers. Also like different towers.

Im also emailing people to try to put Pixel Junk Monsters on the psp because it just fits the psp perfecly!

So is it possible to code it with DB or DBP?

:/ How exactly are they different. The only difference I see is that you don't make the landscape out of your towers. You place your towers in the landscape that's already there.

I'm sorry to say, but the tower defense genre has been around for far longer than Desktop Defense. In fact, I remember playing variations of Tower Defense on Starcraft modded maps.

This game actually looks pretty fun! Hope its priced right!

And these words which I command you today shall be on your heart.

It looks pretty slick in all honesty. I'd buy it, but I don't own a ps3

Rampart I still have a floppy disk of that game.

As opposed to Desktop Defense? Its a lot more real time strategy based, and you have to rely on your ability to use predefined landscapes to beat the levels instead of being able to place anything anywhere you want. Its a lot more involving as you control a character as opposed to be a "god" that can place anything anywhere at anytime. Makes it more difficult, and fairly different compared to most tower defense games I've played.
