Basically, is it posssible and if so how do I do it? I've done a bit of searching and haven't found anything. I'd like to make an underwater level but it'd be pretty boring if it had no enemies. (enemies either shooting or with melee attacks, whichever). I think I might have seen a video with a shark in it on youtube somewhere, but haven't been able to find it...

Hmmm, never thought of doing that.
Have you tried putting an enemy underwater to see what happens?

yeah, but a few different enemies underwater at different heights of water, and see what happens, and I've seen the sharks thing too, no idea where to get it though...

I tried getting Aiko with the shotgun on a surface and then raise the water level to see if she started floating or something, but nothing happened. She just walked on the ground shooting me like on land. I'll try multiple heights though to see what happens...

Hmmmm, I remember that X9 had swimming animations in the stock skeleton. Methinks that they might've used said skeleton for X10?

Try adjusting her physics.
She may be too heavy to float.

I told her she looked fat in those pants.

If X10 uses the same skeleton as X9, then the frames should be:
445 - 493

I will see if I can make them swim.
