Yep.

Maybe it does...

Ok, but 10 minutes sounds a bit long to me.

So you'd rather have a potentially dangerous virus on your computer than spend 10 minutes virus searching it and removing the virus.
But sure, you do what you want to do.

10 minutes is quick for good internet security in my experience. Simple, put it on, make a cup of tea or coffee, sit on the patio and drink it, return and dependant on your used HDD and PC performance it should be done.

It doesn't actually say it's a virus if you look at the screenshot. Just "Fraudulent Security..." whatever that is. Could just be some adware or something that installs a dll with a random filename.

By way of demonstration, he emitted a batlike squeak that was indeed bothersome.

Avast has never failed me...it catches the viruses as they come, I got it after AVG failed me(well, my brother...but we use the same computer), and haven't had any problems yet. I love accidentally clicking those random forum adverts(InvisionFree forums, usually), and getting a popup from Avast about Malware Detected. It's really quite fun.

ugh...

Online anti-virus' don't work any ways -- if your internet browser is letting the web page access your WINDOWS files, then you need another internet browser...

If you DOWNLOAD software from an online anti-virus site of an unknown anti-virus company, YOU'RE AN IDIOT no offense.

If you don't have NOD32 and can afford it, GET IT. It *is* the best Anti-virus out there.

If you look at too much porn and are getting virus' then a) you don't know how to buy magazines and DVDs, b) you need to stop, and c) you need a girl friend.

Cheers,

-naota

I think we established that he does watch porn...he made it clear how disgusting he thinks it all is.

Though yes, check how 'good' your software is before download and see what trusted sites think of it. They say NOD32 is the best, but just make sure whatever you do use is one of the top anti-virus protectors, always best to be safe than sorry...even if it costs money (what's £30 compared to corrupt data you need?)

Quote: "...wtf? What the hell are you talking about? Anyway, this is verging completely off the topic here. Stop talking about a teenager's dream and talk about how to destroy this virus =P"

The topic is about a virus that doesn't exist and you are asking us how to remove it? Not much of a topic but heres I'd remove it.

1. Find the box your PC came in, if you can't find it, find a box about the same size.

2. Put the PC, monitor, and accessories into that box.

3. Cancel your internet access.

4. Read this book.

As my grandma once said:

"The internet is only here for men to surf porn."

She was a wise woman. Apparently Google was designed for porn surfing. Genius. She also told me that I should find comfort in the fact that she, at least, is going to heaven.

I didn't appreciate that.

Virus's what? What do viruses own that you can get anyway?

The moral of the story is: When visiting porn sites, don't accept downloads that try to start themselves.

Oh dear...

The Moral of the story is: Don't shop for it, Argos it...

...is Argos an euphemism for stealing then?

Well I can imagine a community of:

I take caution on what I download. Besides, I knew who PrevX were.

Don't describe me! =p

Anyhow, that Spybot Search And Destroy hasn't found the yzclv.dll, but found a security virus PSW.WOW, which it fixed =D, so I'm ignoring this YZ virus and let it sit happily in my pc.

I don't see the point of signing into a porn site when you just see what you can on the main intro page, that's enough to make me sick.
