Well, as original and compelling as your idea sounds, I think most people will not be willing to join you unless you've at least got some screenshots or something to show you've made progress. Community projects don't work very well around here, and people aren't going to spend their time making games just to get their name in the credits (especially MMORPGs). Try making something simpler first to show that your "team" is worth joining.
