The simplest way would be to use the ftp commands to upload new scores to an ftp server that you own (if you have one). You would also have to somehow make sure it was from the game using some encryption so people don't send false scores.

I don't think DBPro has any other upload method for files other than ftp although CattleRustler has a Mysql plugin but since you don't want an ftp server I guess you don't want to do it with MySql either...

Were you thinking of some other method to host it online because you can't have an online scoreboard without a way to keep it online.
