You might need to re-install Direct X 9.0c and Direct X 10.

ok Got fixed i installed updates for vista etc and so on and downloaded and installed the august version of dx 9 and all is fixed now and i love it you can put so many enemies

but i need the ragdolll but i dont know how to get it because i bought the x 10 from ebay and i have no clue on how to enable ragdoll

You may be out of luck. How do you prove it's a legit copy from ebay? The owner should have given you the patch or at least let you take over his/her account on TGC.

The serial key should be on the inside cover of the software dvd case.

You might be able to progress with TGC customer support by providing a legit serial key reference but the ragdoll patch should be downloaded via the login account used to purchase.

See what TGC say about the serial key then prepare to contact the seller depending on what they say.

If it was purchased on ebay it would show in an advanced search with the "completed listings" option selected.
