The best part about getting the cake at the end is that you've
been promised it the whole game, and when you're certain you wont
actually get any, you do. Only thing is if you think about it,
that cake must be YEARS old. :P
And spoiler question:
The one thing that really got me in both my playthroughs and
watching multiple friends playthroughs, is WHO got so far in the
levels and past the fire that they could lead you all the way to
GLaDOS? I mean, had someone got all the way to GLaDOS before? And
if so, was the only difference that that thing didn't fall off
GLaDOS before she killed him/her? Or, as the song suggested, is
GLaDOS not only still alive, but somehow doing the experiments
again? Could she have rebuilt herself over and over again? And If
so, why does it surprise her so when someone gets past the 19th
(WOOT :)) level. I don't know, I still have only played select
levels with the commentary on. Is it explained? Anyone have any
ideas? I find it facinating.
