Is it possible to make a PVP game and have it with a web client so they can go to a link and it starts like regular but is on the web?

well i'm not a pro with web clients but i think i can answer that and the answer is no because web clients use java to load and with no java programing there would be no java it could load also web clients are programmed in an edit pad like notepad so they dont use such a heavy program. there are some many other things i could point out but i guess your answers right there.

I suppose you could accompany your built game with a java app that is loaded from the web page, then the java app would start your game... but what's the point? FPSC can't interact with java, the best it could do is send in a command line argument saying that it wants to load it up as a multiplayer game, and we all know that that's not how FPSC works... it's either MP or SP right now, not both.

On top of that, MP games in FPSC don't utilize dedicated user made hosted servers. You would have to Mod it (severely) in order to do that.

You could just make a download link but the player could just click open so it saves in the temporary files folder so you can launch it from the website. That would probably be the easiest way.

Diablosbud Productions - a name for the game's developed by me.

Possibly use Pheonix to encrypt your game, then use a java app to simply launch the exe.

hybrid java woudln' be able to launch the exe because of the way fpsc is built and eycrpting it would make it harder to launnch plus no web site would host a file so big if you get what i'm say here.
