Hey, this may not be the right place to post, if not point me in the right way, but its a "media related question" so i guess this should be okay

so, i open segment editor, everythings fine, its in compatability for XP, with admin privaleges, and i can move around the view etc.

but then, i try to load a segment to edit it, and yes, it loads
everything fine until, i CLICK! and it just closes.

so yeah, anyone else got this problem?

To edit an existing segment you first MUST copy it over to the Segment Editors file structure-it has its own texturebank, meshbank, etc. Then if you put all files(segment, texture, mesh, entity if also required)in the right places it MAYBE works. But its a bitchy little tool and works best with a fresh and empty canvas.

I am Jacks complete lack of surprise.

That happends to me when it's got .bin's and .dbo's in the directory.
Try deleting them and give it another go.
