Okay, so I have a ship and to make it go up I use the command Pitch object up/down, but when I want to turn, it turns but the pitch also goes down. How do I make it so that the pitch doesn't go down when I turn. Thanks

try x,y,z rotate instead and at the beginning of your code use fix object pivot on obj

to live is to suffer, to survive, well, thats to find meaning in the sufferening.....

And best of luck to you!

If you manage to get it working properly, you're a better man than me...

(Assuming you are male that is)...

Only limb rotations do not suffer from the gimbal lock syndrome (real world z axis becoming x axis at 90 and 180 degrees) so if your ship is a single mesh you can use

rotate limb object number, limb number(1 in this case),xangle, yangle, zangle

If the ship is made from many limbs due to separate texturing needs, select main limb in the modeler and child to it all the others limbs, then rotate main limb in DB
