Newcomers DBPro Corner / Cartography Shop 4.1 registery question.. need help

I've bought cartography shop 4.1 about a few years now and just recently bought an upgraded computer. I tried to install this program onto my new computer but won't be full lisenced until I registery it. Very time I try this, it brings me back to the order form page. Do I really have to buy this product again in order to use it on my new computer?

I believe there's a menu (along the top toolbar) in which is the "Register" option - just click that, and enter the registration code and say OK to register.

For about a month now, I've been trying to get this registeration to appear without going to the ordering page. Finally it work and able to enter the Unique Code. Geeez what a drag that was
