What's the price? I think it's good to compare gaming laptops for value - I got mine for £700 and I don't think I could have gotten a better deal. But it'd be interesting to see what higher spec things go for.

the price for the asus laptop here in sweden is estimated 2100 £ as i dont know exactly how to compare pounds and swedish crownes as its priced for 21000 swedish crownes.
i bought my own lg s900 for 1000£ or 9999 swedish crownes.
its specs
500 gb hd
2 gb ram
nivida 8700 gt 256 mb dedicated
2 ghz centrino dual core
dual layer dvd burner
19 inch wide screen .
it play all new games exept for jericho dx 10 version as it dosent run smoothely abit choopy.

These laptops are pretty useless, you can't upgrade anything other than the RAM and hard drive, the battery life will suck more than a cheap prostitute and they'll probably weigh at least 3kg which is hardly portable.

yes but its nice with the all new desk space and the silence from the fans as an stationed computer do sound like an boeing 747.
yes i was also there before thinking laptops was crapp because of that but must say my best buy so far.
and it runs all new games so far without problems
