Lol, gotcha. Well not Spider tanks exactly, but French artists have managed to create a fully mobile walking mechanical spider, and are displaying it throughout the streets of Liverpool......

Every sci-fi fan's dream is accomplished in this thing! It's only a matter of time before the French refine this into an eight-legged killing machine!

It's name is "La Princesse", for those who care.....

Not quite a fleet footed hunting machine, but we'll get there eventually.

Umm from what I could percieve, it looked like it was just being kept above ground with a hoist while being driven slowly forward. You could see it more clearly towards the end. It would stand little chance against my battalion of not-so-easily fooled reindeers with chainsaws attached to them. And why would anyone thwart my plans? That's just rude.

I was going to go down and see it. But it would have been way too busy for my liking.

To be quite honest I see it as a £1.2m waste of tax payer's money.
