I have an idea about how to do it, but it is really hard to put it into practice. Could you make a HUD display that would take the input of the keyboard as long as it is in existence (Means you won't shoot when you click)? It think it would be a good addition to FPSC, letting your character make choices and whatnot.

If you mean typing onto the HUD like a textbox, then you'd have to mod the source for that.

If you want to simply capture keyboard strokes, you use "scancodekeypressed" condition.

To keep the player from shooting when they click, you can either use the "plrfreeze" action from the official update or a couple Mods have their own actions to deal with such things.
