I just came across this video:

It triggered this huge rush of nostalgia, I mean I reallllly want to play this again, but I can't find my discs anymore Has anyone else played this game? IIRC it was severely underplayed in its day. Nobody I knew played it.

OMG, you just reminded me of it now, I still play it and it is one of the best sci-fi games around! I'm actually stuck on PTMC Earth with the trains, I keep lazily flying into them -.- I have 2 copies of it (as I lost the disc to one but found it again)Besides, I'm actually quite nooby at it though

IIRC? What's that?

With ADAM, you could no longer domesticate a child than a Boa Constrictor.

I remember playing this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzy7V8QHhvk game on my old (486 proccessor i think it was) with 16 mb's of ram And i also remember hating that game, i got so frustrated with the gameplay and controls.

Haven't thought about this game for a while, thanks for reminding me of having my first bad game experience

I gotta play this just for 1 minute or so, I have Descent ][ and 3, and I think the best was Descent ][ because of the gameplay.

oh...my...goodness... I LOVE Descent I and II... didn't know there was a III. I've played SO many hours of that game. One of the first games I ever played multiplayer of. oohhh man... goodtimes. Now I have to find that game.

I managed to get a friend of mine to lend me his copy of D3!! I couldnt believe he still had it.. Awesome! I just finished playing the first mission, and despite some things I forgot (like the crazy hard controls) and some annoying compatibility issues with vista I'm having a blast. Such a fantastic game.
