Hi,

When i use the get terrain ground height command my character object won't go over the terrain and i can't jump.

i'm using:

+ Code Snippet

newx#=object position x(1)
newy#=get terrain ground height(1,object position x(1),object position z(1))
newz#=object position z(1)
position object 1,newx#,newy#,newz#

you re just telling your character to stay where it is
try this:

 x#=object position x(1)
 z#=object position z(1)
 x#=newxvalue(x#,a#,speed#)
 z#=newzvalue(z#,a#,speed#)
 h#=get terrain ground height(1,x#,z#)
 position object 1,x#,h#,z#
 yrotate object 10,a#
 if upkey()=1 and speed#<1.2 then speed#=speed#+0.2
 if downkey()=1 and speed#>-1.2 then speed#=sspeed#-0.2
 if leftkey()=1 then a#=wrapvalue(a#-1)
 if rightkey()=1 then a#=wrapvalue(a#+1)
