I am posting this for my friend because his keyboard is messed up and he cant write this himself.

He has a Vista Home Premium edition or something and he has got his keyboard messed up.

When he tries to press a key it is changed with another symbol.

He made some examples, the key he presses becomes the result:

p=*
o=6
i=5
u=4
l=3
k=2
j=1
m=0

Also he was sure it didnt have to do anything with numlock, i dont know if that means anything to you but i will just say it.

So some help quick will be soon!

If he is using a laptop keyboard, it sounds to me as though the numlock is on despite what he says. Each one of those keys matches up with the virtual numlock on my keyboard.
