Is anybody affected by this? I'm guessing if you're in the middle of it you wont be on the internet, but my parents and little brother are in Spring, TX (north of Houston) so I'm kinda worried. :/ They have no power and no landline. I got a text message from them about two hours ago, but didn't hear anything back when I sent a reply. I'm thinking its just because of overcrowded cellphone usage or maybe they're conserving the phone battery, but it's hard not to worry. Damn hurricanes..

A lot of slightly sick jokes concerning Fire Emblem's character Ike and his extreme launch power in SSBB circulating on my MSN right now...

My university, which is where I am right now, is about 2 hours northwest of Houston, so we are just getting what's left of the rain and wind from it.

If it comes hide in your toilet(downstairs) as the plumbing holds it up better then any other room in the house.
