I have just tried 2 DBPro progs on another comp which does'nt
have DBPro installed, and neither would work.
1st one (spheremapping prog) came up with "bitmap does not exist line 6".Line 6 is "sync on : sync rate 60 : backdrop off : hide mouse".
2nd one (a card game) said "bitmap does not exist line 8".
Line 8 is "SET DISPLAY MODE 1024,768,16".
I tried copying the project file(the pymamid icon),then proj file
and all bmp's,then the whole folder to the 2nd comp, but still the
same.
I thought DBPro progs could run independantly of DBPro after they've been compiled.
Any ideas
Thanx.

Compiled EXE's from DBPro should work on any computer, as long as it has DirectX 8.1 or higher (soon 9.0 after patch 5). Do you have DX 8.1+ on those computers?

It is possible that it can't find the bitmap, but is reporting wrong numbers. Check again if it is looking in the right directory and is spelled corectly, etc.
