Has anyone got the whole soft particals to work other then the two stock ones. You know like in the tech demo. thanks

Do a search. This has come up a few times before. I don't believe access to particles is in the current version?

Uthink is correct.

Soft particles are going into FPSC X10 in a future update.

The floating reflection mapping sphere thing hasn't gone in yet either as Lee is trying to optimize it more at the moment.

You will have soft particles in X10 in the not too distant future though.

I did a search and only got two threads on it. But it was along time ago(the threads were) and was asking if anyone found out how to use it but guess not. One thread was just bashing x10 and the other was no help either. Thanks though, should of mention that i did a search.

A better looking decal, it looks 3d instead of flate like the other decals.

It's actually millions of polygons assembled and animated to make a realistic effect, but at the same time the engine knows and recognizes this items as soft particles, therefore making it easier to render on the engine.

(Which is why we do not have million polygon characters.)
