Is anyone on here familiar with the band 'YES'?
I'm a geek, I love their music, especially their songs from the 80's.
Does anyone else have a favorite band from the eighties that they like, and if so, what songs do you like from them?
Here's mine from YES:

Big Generator
Love will Find A Way
Leave It
Owner of a Lonely Heart
Changes

And some others that aren't from the eighties:

I've seen All Good People
Starship Trooper

Anybody else?

I haven't heard of 'YES', but I have to agree with dark coder. The 80's rocked and have to have been one of those golden ages in music.

Also, Billy Idol and Iron Maiden!

...Styx.

YEAH! Styx rocks! I've not heard anything from Iron Maiden, but Billy Idol is one of my favorites as well.

Look down approx. one inch for my contribution.

(Ok, not completely 80s but all their good stuff was in the 80s)

The 80's created in my humble opinion the finest music and films. No, I was not alive in the 80's so it is not nostalgia, I have only recently found "80's music"

People are always so quick to bash the 80's.

INH! Haven't seen you for a while.

I like 80's movies as well. I wasn't alive in the 80's, but they definitely have some of the greatest music/movies of the later 20th century.

I wonder what the year 2080 will be like...
