Somebody once posted link to a tutorial with a screen shot of the exporter options page, but I couldn't find it. Any body know where it is?
Since I don't have DBPro (yet), I don't know the exact settings. My guess:
1. I heard you should be out of animation mode when you call up the exporter.
2. At least set the sub format to DirectX Skin and Bones.
3. Enable the S & B template output.
4. Uncheck all other options.
5. Position your model close to the origin.
6. If this doesn't work, experiment with right-handed and adding a root frame.
I suspect the exporter is touchy about the transformations it receives from MilkShape. It was very painful trying to figure it out, and I may not have it right in all cases.
