Well you haven't provided much information, so its possible its completely unrelated, but a friend of mine just yesterday complained about rundll32 errors on his vista machine. Later it turned out he had a PC chock full of trojans that his antivirus wasn't detecting. His antispyware on the other hand, did.

It's AVG, better than nothing but pants. Antivirus is all well and good, but a bit of COMMON SENSE will always prevail!

Wow, hmm... uninstall AVG, download Avast AntiVirus (I think the trails an all in one package), update it, run in with deep reading (or slow read) and run it 4-5 times.

Or the best option is to run it at startup (before windows starts), this is the best way of finding infected files before there active or system files are active. You will have to sit in front of the screen though while this is happening, cause you need to choose what to heal or delete since some files will be systems files.

If you run the first thing it will ask you if you want to run it at startup (say yes), best to just scan until it says. Avast is update nearly everyday and doesn't hog a ton of system resources, you can turn it off on from the tray icon easy and don't have to go though a ton of option.

A dream is a fantasy, if you achieve that fantasy it was never a dream to begin with.
