A laptop card like a 8700 is most likely not very suited for a graphically intense program like FPSCreator X10.

I do not see how you card runs crysis maxed out as it is below the minimum recommended card.

Crysis runs on my laptop and it say it can run on the highest but its not true (Can but with low fps any where from 20 to 25.). But fps creator x10 runs fine with everything maxed out. Running a intell core duo 2.2ghz 2gb of ram and a nvidia quadro 570m (about the same as a 8800gt). so i think it has to be your graphics card..

Try and turn your screen resolution down to 1280x720 (Widescreen) or something lower. Cause fpsc x10 ajust the screen by your descktop res and yours might be to high for it to run smooth...
