I get that you put time into it, but it's not exactly high quality. The wireframe looks chaotic (although it might just be the very small picture of it), the model is basically just primitive shapes, and the texture is just blocks of colour. Unless you've done something like put custom animations into it, not just rigged it to the FPSC biped, it doesn't seem worth purchasing.
I know it's supposed to be cartoony, but it looks more like a my-first-character than a stylised entity. Might be a bit harsh on the criticism, but try to make a more detailed texture before you try to sell it, atleast then it will look less beginner-ish.
