One thing that I noticed in the video is he's really small. It's like a zombie child crawling after you. The overall attempt is really good, though. Just might wanna scale him up to regular adult size.

Right Clic in the character, the speed is 100, change to 70, this look best

It would be nice to see a video where the animation is at full speed so we can tell whether the animation is any good.

Their was a lot of lag in the video. Was that from fraps or the model? If it's the model you should really cut down on the polies.

...even for only a buck, you really should have a decent texture on the model. The current one is terrible.

I agree with Seth, Also you shouldnt just make it so he just dissapears when his health runsout. at least make his head like hit the floor or somehing and then disappear, but other than that, great effort.
