So basicly, in the last two weeks i havent had a proper nights sleep why? Idk.

I used to have a very bad sleeping pattern. Went to sleep at 4am, and got up at 4pm every day. I used to get a good 12 hours sleep everynite.

However two weeks ago i decided to get back into a proper sleeping routine. Getting up at 9, and going to sleep at 12. I have now been trying this every day for 2 weeks. I keep getting the same result. I go to bed at 12, and end up waking up at 5. This has happend every day for two weeks, and i have no idea why!

The most annoying thing is, i get up at this stupid time, and i cant be assed to do anything. I cant even be bothered to play games!

Has anyone ever had a similar experience?

Your circadian rhythm is off. You might need to get on sleeping pills to help you adjust faster.

Basically, your body is used to the pattern you set it up for. Breaking that pattern isn't going to be... well rested I should say. You'll just have to tough it out.

Also, exercise during the day if you don't already.

i had this problem when i moved to England 2 years ago. i took Benadril, its an allergy medicine but it make you really sleepy, with less side effects than sleeping pills. plus with sleeping pills it makes it harder to wake up in the morning.
the house i lived in back then was haunted and i know it. that dident help my sleeping pattern well, it really just drove me insane. if your house is haunted sleep under 5 thick blankets. that helped me. or just sleep at day and party at night, away from your house.

Wow, what a nice problem to have I get up at 5:30am every day for the stock market.

My suggestion--- get a job.

i have a job, but it s not a real job. i make money for doing close to nothing.

My secret: invest in Coffee Vending machines! its amazing, watching adults asking kids for a quarter so they can buy a cup of coffee from one of my machines. the irony!
its like soda for adults! and they are totally addicted to my coffee!

Yup. My lessons are starting at 7:45 and I have to wake up ~1h earlier while I'm going to sleep around midnight. I even started waking up on weekend at 8-9, and I've used to sleep till 14-15...

OMG! I'm having something so similar!

It's like, I go to sleep at 11 in the night, and wake up at 6 for school... but it's mysterious... for some reason MY BODY WANTS MORE SLEEP!

Oh, the pressures of modern society.

How I yearn for the freedom of yesteryear in which you could get up any time you damned well wished.

Ok, first things first, we need to get you sleeping more hours than 5, about 8-10 since you seem to sleep long hours. The main concern is your not getting enough sleep to what your use't to, this is a health risk, your immune system will be weakened by the lack of sleep increasing the chance of catching something, it also will affect day to day stuff.

The way the body needs to be introduced into this is backwards, so you only go to sleep when your sleepy which is what you should be doing, but also set the alarm for 9. The reason for this is to get your body to make you go to sleep earlier not the other way round. So you go to sleep only when your tired say but get woken up at 9.

So your basically using all the fuel in your body and only restoring a bit of it, when that's all used up which is earlier than a full tank would be, you restore a little bit more until you reached a full tank.

A dream is a fantasy, if you achieve that fantasy it was never a dream to begin with.
