What I'm trying to do is make another camera to have a hilicopter veiw looking down at my character for the radar bit off onto the upper screen, but it's always cube or square.

How can I make the camera cirular or round?

If you do something 10,000 times. Your bound to get it right once.

Stick an image with a transparent circle over the top of it?

Bursar ~> yes I've made a circular image on a paint program and position it where I want it on the screen. But the camera usage is square. The image i've made overlaps the camera.

Here's what I'm looking for. If you played any mmorpg games, there's a cirular radar displayed somewhere on the screen. Thats what I'm looking at.

Grab the image from camera 1 (bitmap -1) and texture onto a disc-shaped object.

The optomist's right, The pessimist's right.

Set Camera To Image if you've made a separate camera for the radar. Of course, this radar would show what's happening in realtime, not as little dots.

the camera still overlaps my picture.

Any other suggestions?

I'll give you a test(dummy) pic of the radar.
