Think this has something to do with television? Think ATSC is for US and DVB is for Europe or something like that

They're digital radio formats here in the UK. I've only experience with DVB, and that experience is, it's rubbish.

If you occasionally get little bursts of static or interference on an analogue radio, you won't get anything on a DVB. If you get a constant good signal, it does sound fantastic.

They're tv standards there's 3 variations of the British digital tv standard dvb-t (uhf terrestrial) , dvb-c (cable) and dvb-s (satellite), dvb-s is probably the most commonly used one almost everyone i know gets tv from Sky (satellite company) theres one or 2 people i know who have cable. most people only have terrestrial on second tv's in bedrooms and stuff.


dab is the standard for radio

all i wanna know is is the picture quality better with atsc or dvb
