Yes, but it's illegal to use copyrighted images/textures and claim them as your own.

Oops... I misread what BVG said, yes you can redistribute them in a pack:

What I know, you are able to use pictures from CG in a modified version, like having it applied on another texture as an overlay.
You may also use them as a part of an UV mapped texture for a model, but only if it is modified.

They look so much better now!
