FPS Creator X10 / FPS Creator X10 loading error

Every time I try to load a game I have made, it tells me that my directx3D is not compatable,or something like that.
I have researched through my driver and everything,and cannot find a solution,so I need someones help please.
Driver Details:

Name: Moble Intel(R) 965 express chipset family
Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Chip Type: *Same as "name:"*
DAC type: Internal
Approx Total Memory: 358MB
Current Display Mode: 1550 x 900 (32bit) (60Hz)
Monitor: Generic PnP Monitor

DirectDraw Acceleration: Enabled
Direct3d Acceleration: Enabled
AGP Texture Acceleration: Enabled

Notes
*No Problem Found

I would test my directx features,but I do not see a button to the right of the features to do it.Last Details:

Windows Vista Home Premium
Service Pack1

Please help,or send a link that can help me download the latest driver for my system,since I cannot find it myself.(I tried myself alot)

i dont see a DX10 video device in your list

My geuss is that you need a DX10 compatible video card.

Fps Creator X10 requires a fully Directx 10 Video Card...

You need a 8000 series or better Video Card.

Remember having Vista Does not mean you are running Directx 10...

Directx 10 only works when you are running a Directx 10 Compatible Video Card and there are no on board Directx 10 video solutions at this time. So it requires a dedicated video card to work.

is there a way I can lower down the directx version so it is compatible with my video card?Or do i have to buy a new one?To be honest,I am not really sure how video cards work,if I got a new one,how would I add it to my computer?

DirectX 10 takes advantage of the hardware. So you have to have a card that does directX 10. After you have the card, then you can change settings.

Think of trying to downgrade Crysis to run on an IBM PC AT, or an Atari 2600. Just ain't gonna happen.

No you need an 8000 series or better video card to make it work
