FPS Creator X10 / FPS Creator not running!

I double click on the shortcut for FPS Creator.exe but then it shows an error message that reads:
This application has encountered an error and needs to close Extra Debug Info 00
I have tried repairing it, but it still does not work! Help!

remove from your pc and reinstall. or ask support from tgc
