Yes, I'm developing my own OS in linux now, and if I succeed in my task I'll refine my linux-made-OS and make it public.
Then, I'll go on to developing another linux-made-OS for the
'game console' project I've been working on. The thread for it is somewhere in geek culture, I'm sure you all remember.
I'm using the LFS book for this. It was suggested to me by many people to be the best way for a newcomer to go about doing it, seems to be working just fine.
Also, I've partitioned
Ubuntu on my external hard drive and installed it as a program on windows, so whenever I start up I can just turn on my external hard drive and choose Ubuntu from the OS boot up menu
If you guys have any tips or anything, feel free to share.
I'll be posting progress sooner or later.
