well, with Cosmic Prophet releasing his control panel template, i just had to give a shot at making a segment, and this is what i came up with. Hope you like it

Very nice, Yours is the first creation posted using my template. A hint: When using the Lighting effects Try and get a little more of the wall lit. Otherwise it looks like a bright light pointed staight at a point in the center. Soften it up a bit.

Alright, Everyone laugh at the noob. But whatever I'll ask anyway.
When I put the segment into the free version of fps creator it comes but blank (White). There's gotta be some simple way to fix it and I do know how to change textures, at least for entities. If anyone could help a noob out and don't forget to make fun of me for asking this.

@heltor - glad you liked it

@masterxmp - well, did you put the folders into the right places?

and just a clarification, you supposed to copy the inside folders into its spot, not the whole folders in the download. But other than that, all i can say is open up its .fpe/.fpwhatever file and check to make sure the texture path is correct.

well, after having to look into the second page to find this thread. I have an update.

you lucky people now recieve....TWO NEW ROOM SEGMENTS TOTALLY FREE!!!

new .zip contains original room, along with two more.

@ heltor - coming from the king of goryness, ill take that as a big compliment glad you like them. (not sure how they scared you though... )

@ pok - im working on a pack, itll be released with several more rooms, as well as many basic entities, and a couple weapons.

and as for the images, i took my camera outside to take the base photographs, and overlayed a couple of them for each one (example, that darker segments is actually a charred 55 gallon oil drum XD)

and of course used Cosmic Prophets template to add in the fancy stuff.
