So I was wondering what are your day to day's like in your jobs? I thought this would be a neat way for people to learn a little more about each other. Simple format, list your job and some day to day duties and your opinions/etc... I'll go first.

Title : Package Handler

I am the senior loader in Load Area's number ten and two and throughout my nights I load Florida and California packages exclusively. (Rialto CA, Sacramento CA, Orlando FL, Tampa FL, Atlanta GA) When I'm not being pinned down by packages I am running to aid our trainees to the area and keep a general peace and quiet in the factory (as far as running off time goes.)

Just like that

Title: High School Student

I'm a high school student. My duties are...get good grades, and find a date to homecoming. Here's my schedule on a weakday (pretty stressful, I know ):

6:00AM: Wake up.
6:05AM: Take shower.
6:20AM: Eat breakfast.
6:30AM: Go to school.
7:00AM - 1:50PM: Learn stuff that I already know and won't ever need ever in my life (am I really gonna need to find orthocenter of a triangle??).
2:00PM - 6:00PM: Hang out with friends, watch TV, play video games, program, or eat Doritos.
6:00PM - 6:30PM: Eat dinner. Yum.
6:30PM - 10:30PM: TV, video games, more Doritos.
10:30PM - 6:00AM: Sleep.

All done.

Probably not a good idea to post if you're a minor...

Anyways, I'm a college student at Baylor University in Waco, TX working on a major in Computer Science with a focus in gaming and a minor in Film & Digital Media. And I don't give out my real name online unless I know you very well.

Title: First year college student, BTEC National Diploma in Interactive Media

I get up at 6:45, hop on a bus for an hour, sit around for an hour until college. Then I sit around because I've already finished the work for two hours, followed by an hour of lunch sitting around because eating takes twenty seconds, followed by another meaningless two hours of nothing then waiting an hour for a bus, an hour on the bus and I'm usually home by about six in the evening.

Thankfully the Eee provides a bit of fun; Sonic Adventure anyone?

Should I continue coding or focus on my art? Vote here:

Title : Unemployed by day, Unemployed by night

My day to day tasks consist of not getting out of bed until getting woken by my friends who all have keys to my (tiny though comfortable) studio apartment. Grabbing any cloths I can, I scuttle out of my dank dark bedroom at foreboding slowness to be met with buttered toast and piping hot tea made by three eagerly waiting to go shopping girl (single btw) friends (all actresses). Still dead tired after last night TF2 epic bout, i'm plummeted into a swirling chaos of cloths, what my boyfriend did last night conversations, not letting me eat what I want cause I need to get on a diet even though i'm a extreme sports nut which being fit is a requirement arguments, the list goes on. I finally get some peace in the restroom at Subway (meat balls my fav) after chugging down a large orange juice, only to be pulled away a second later from my void of happiness to a human traffic jam of Try On lines and till queues. I would go on but the futures grim

Side note: I was thinking of doing some journalism in gaming or something, what do you think my chances are?

A dream is a fantasy, if you achieve that fantasy it was never a dream to begin with.

Title: Student/Looking for a job

I figure my daily schedule pretty much says all I really do anymore...

5:30-6:40AM: Wake up
if(time < 6:00): Shower
else: Basic hygiene, dress
7:00AM: Leave for school
7:40-11:30AM: Sleep through hours 1-3, stay concious for math(4th hour)
11:40AM: Go to lunch with friends who have to go back to class after
12:00PM: Wait for second lunch...maybe find a couple people to chill with
12:20PM: Go to second lunch, chill with friends, my girl, maybe eat
1:00-3:00PM: Get as far away from school grounds as possible to avoid administration threatening to assign me classes for this time period...try to stay out of the cold and rain...generally fail
3:00-10:00PM: Either go chill with friends or come hide in my room
10:00PM-4:00AM: Go to sleep at some point...usually..

Weekends:

At some point wake up...do whatever I can and want to do for that day...talk about getting a job...never really get around to it...yeah...

So, the summary, I'm a lazy part time high school student getting ready to graduate and all that fun stuff. My life is about as uninteresting as they come, but I can't complain, I enjoy it.

Full time Student, Part time slave

Job: Pet Food & More - I work the stock floor, put out the trucks, work the register, answer questions, and take it in the butt by doing trivial, monotonous, tasks around the store. $7.50 ftw.

School: Associates degree in Computer Animation, Bachelor of Computer Science. Year's completed... depends how you look at it. The way I'm doing it, I'm in a 2+2 program, which means that my associates replaces the first two years of my BS degree. So after this year, I'll have an associates in Computer Animation, and then 2 or 3 years from now, I'll have my BS as well.

Has had a girlfriend for 11 months.

After doing an extended period of teaching 3d modelling at a local training centre i decided to take a bold move, pack it in and relocate down south to attend a university degree at Falmouth.
Now my day depends on what days i have lectures but it goes roughly something like this.

Wake up, make porridge, have a cigarette.
Clear up the stupid amount of cans from the night before (two nights two peoples worth).
Chill out with my flat mates and do any required reading.
Attend Lectures/Workshops/Life Drawing/Screenings depending on what i have that day.
Maybe go to the beach depending on the weather.
Daily Drawing exercise
Tad bit of programming if time allows.
Start Drinking.
Finish Drinking/Collapse.
Sleep.
Repeat.

I don't really have a complete schedule because each day is different, just how i like it.

Seeing as everyone is mentioning relationships, was in a serious one for 2 and a half years but it fizzled out and i am now shamefully sleeping around...

Title: Action Jackson

One time, I was a Lieutenant in the police force but demoted because of a case I headed involving the son of businessman Peter Delleplane. After my demotion, I began investigating murders of Union members for "Delleplane," the company of my nemesis Peter Delleplane. Delleplane, it was discovered, was murdering his way to power, hiring assassins to kill unfriendly Union members.

I was framed for murdering Peter Delleplane's wife and found myself on the run from the police. However, fear not, I did have the help of a mistress of Peter Delleplane's, a singer named Sydney Ash, who was a heroin addict.

Anyway, I received help from an informant and found a way to get to Delleplane. The showdown lead myself to Delleplane at his mansion during the party of a Union Leader. I won the showdown, killing Delleplane; and I got my job as a Lieutenant back as a result of this victory.

By bar I meant a place that you can buy something to drink/eat, but not a restaurant - something smaller. Couldn't think of a word for it...

Job thingie: Recruitment Officer

I wake up and go back to sleep about five times before finally waking up with just enough time to wash and get dressed.
Head for the local railway station and go to whatever office I need to do Recruitment for, though I'm based in one office so I'm there most of the time.
When I'm there I contact potential learners, local Connexions advisors and liase with tutors to book interviews.
Then I do the interviews.

I also invigilate exams for the same company (as I work for a training provider) which consists of setting up tests, going through rules and making sure nobody cheats.
